The elevation on the western shore of the pond quickly rises from 51 feet above sea level at the pond to 100 feet above sea level where the 'pond view' homes are located. The Belltree neighborhood (center) sits along a ridge at about 150' above sea level while the high point in the community is the Sky Reach neighborhood at about 200' above sea level.
