Fall Maintenance Checklist

• Turn off all outside faucets from inside basement and drain outside.
  
  • Turn off (clockwise) the Faucet Shut-Off Valve in your basement.
  • Go outside and open the faucet. Let it drain for a few minutes.
  • Close the faucet.
     
• Winterize your sprinkler system.
• Check heat to make sure system is running correctly. 
• Change furnace filter. This should be done every month year-round. 
• Check all smoke alarms. Batteries should be changed twice a year.
• Check gutters & downspouts for clogs. 
• Turn on humidifier (if you installed this option) when you switch over to heat.
• Clean & Cover A/C condenser unit to prevent winter damage
• Lower your costs and minimize your impact on the eenvironment at the same time by going green.
