Sanctions

Great Island

Under the community by-laws (§3.21), the association may sanction owners who fail to pay the association fee or violate any of the rules established in the community documents. These sanctions include fines, late fees, interest, suspension of member privileges and property liens.

• Outside Modifications
• Fine for failing to clean all used kitchen areas.
• Fines for failure to pick-up after pets.
• Delinquent Account / Late Assessment Policy
• Fines for non-compliant landscaping or design modifications.
• Leasing of Homes (Failure to comply)
• Illegal Parking in Designated Fire Lane at Clubhouse.

The Pinehills

Under Section 8.8 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Pinehills, the Board of Directors (the Board) may by resolution, determine late charges to be imposed on Owners/Members who fail to make timely payment of their Association Assessments.
