The Stonebridge Club
The Stonebridge Club is open to all Pinehills residents and their guests.
The Stonebridge Club consists of;
- A Clubhouse with a great room, meeting room, function room, kitchen, office.
- An exercise room,
- A Cabana with a great room and kitchen,
- A 25' x 70' outdoor heated swimming pool and 'Kiddie' pool,
- Two clay tennis courts.
The Stonebridge Club requires your access card before 9am and after 5pm each day. The fitness room requires your access card all hours. You will also need your access card to enter the pool area. To receive an access card, stop by the Stonebridge Club Monday-Saturday between 10am- 12pm.

To provide better service, posted office hours have been implemented at the Stonebridge Club. Someone will be available to assist you the following days and times:
- Monday: 10am-noon
- Tuesday: 10am-noon, 2-4pm
- Wednesday: 10am-noon
- Thursday: 10am-noon, 2-4pm
- Friday: 10am-noon
- Saturday: 10am-2pm

Tips about The Stonebridge Club
This amenity including, the pool, tennis courts, fitness room and recreation space is yours to enjoy as a Pinehills Resident. A variety of activities and club meetings take place here every day. The Stonebridge Club, including the Fitness Room, is available by access card from 5am-10pm daily. Access cards can be obtained Monday- Saturday from 10am to 12pm at the Administrative Office, located in The Stonebridge Club. The Recreation Room is available for private “family function” use to members. Please call 508.209.9055 with questions.

THE STONEBRIDGE CLUB - RULES AND REGULATIONS
Section 4. Pool Rules
4.1. General Rules
4.1.1. Liability. Members and Guests are advised that swimming, AT ANY TIME, is done AT THEIR OWN RISK
4.1.2. Minors. Children fifteen (15) years of age or younger must be accompanied at all times by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older. The supervising adult will be responsible for the conduct and safety of the child (children) while at the swimming pool(s).
4.1.3. Hours of Operation. Hours for use of the pool for general swimming and lap swimming will be strictly enforced. Hours will be prominently posted at the pool area and inside The Stonebridge Club. Pool hours may vary during pool season. No one is allowed in the swimming pool(s) when the pool(s) is closed.
4.1.4. Lap Swimming Policy. The entire pool will be restricted to lap swimming from 7AM – 9AM each day. No general swimming shall be allowed during scheduled morning lap swimming unless there are no lap swimmers using the pool at that time. General swimmers must get out of the pool if lap swimmers seek to use the pool during this scheduled period.
One swimming lane will be restricted to lap swimming each day after 5PM until closing. Lap swimmers are to be restricted to the designated swimming lane during this time period.
4.1.5. Kiddie Pool. Children using the kiddie pool must be accompanied by an adult at all times. “Pool Pals”, swim diapers, training pants, etc, are permitted in the “Kiddie Pool” only.
4.1.6. Sign-In Sheet. All Members must sign-in on the sheet provided. This is mandatory and everyone should be prepared to show identification if necessary. Any Guests accompanying a Member must also be signed in by the Member and identified as a “guest of” the Member.
4.1.7. Gate. When entering or leaving the pool area, it is essential that the gate be securely closed behind you. If you are the last person to leave the pool area, it is essential that both gates be securely closed and locked as well as the locker room doors.
4.1.8. Maintenance. The pool area may be closed from time to time for pool maintenance, scheduled closings, testing, repairs, or inspections. During these times, no swimming will be allowed.
4.1.9. Showers. Showering before entering the pool is required, especially after the application of suntan oils. It is essential that the outdoor shower be turned off after use.
4.1.10. Disease Prevention. No person with a communicable disease is allowed to use the swimming pool.
4.1.11. Children. Children in diapers and those who have not been toilet trained are not allowed in the main swimming pool at any time. “Pool Pals”, swim diapers, training pants, etc, are not permitted in main pool but are permitted in the “Kiddie Pool”. There can be no exceptions to this rule.
4.1.12. Lifeguards. Pool attendants and life guards, if on duty, shall not function as a baby-sitter.
4.1.13. No Diving. Diving into the swimming pool is prohibited.
4.1.14. Proper Conduct. Running on the pool deck, loud noise, horseplay, or interference with the general use and enjoyment of the pool is prohibited. Lifeguards and representatives of the Association reserve the right to ask someone to leave the pool area.
4.1.15. Food and Beverage. No glassware or other hazardous materials are allowed in the swimming pool area. Plastic containers, paper, or cans are acceptable. There is a refrigerator in the “snack shack” where food and beverages may be stored while using the pool. Food and beverages may not be stored overnight.
4.1.16. Smoking. Smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, controlled substances) is not permitted in the pool area.
4.1.17. Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area unless otherwise approved by Pinehills LLC as Manager of the Pinehills Landowners Association as a part of a function for residents.
4.1.18. Music. Radios or CD players are allowed only if through an earplug attachment.
4.1.19. Water Toys. Floats, inner tubes, beach balls, or other recreational water toys are prohibited. Only noodles are allowed.
4.1.20. Attire. Proper bathing attire is required for sanitary reasons. No “cut-off” jeans are allowed.
4.1.21. Tables, Chairs and Umbrellas. Chaise lounges, chairs, and tables may be held while people are swimming, but should not be kept for a long period of time by leaving personal belongings on them. When leaving the pool area, personal articles such as towels should be taken with you and table umbrellas should be lowered. The tables and chairs should be placed back where they were found and should never be taken outside of the gate.
4.1.22. Pets. No pets are allowed in the pool area.
4.1.23. Bathrooms and Locker rooms. Locker rooms, bathrooms, and showers are available for both women and men. Lockers are for daily use only. Members may bring a lock to secure a locker while that Member is using the pool area. The lock must be removed by the Member along with all personal items when the Member’s use of the pool has concluded for the day. After use of the bathroom it is essential that all surfaces (vanity, floor, etc) are wiped dry. The bathroom doors must be closed at all times. Members and guests are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear when entering the bathroom, locker rooms and shower facilities.
4.1.24. Lost or Stolen Items. The Stonebridge Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items wherever and whenever they are brought to the Club.
4.1.25. Grill. When using the grill in the pool area the Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. The gas should be turned off, grill surfaces should be cleaned, and all trash should be discarded.
4.1.26. Towels. Members and Guests will be responsible for bringing towels for personal use.
4.1.27. Pool Guests.
NOTE: A Guest is any person, adult or child, who is not regularly living in the home of the Member. Sons, daughters, grandchildren, etc are considered Guests if they are not regularly living with Members of The Pinehills.
(a) Members must accompany their Guests to the pool area and remain with their Guests while they are using the facilities.
(b) Given the limited capacity of the pool area, Members are requested to limit the number of Guests at the pool facility, particularly on weekends and holidays.
(c) Members who are sixteen (16) years of age or older are permitted to have Guests at the pool.
