Continuing Care Management has been selected as the management agent by the Board of The Great Island District Homeowners' Association to manage Great Island by Del Webb. We currently have locations in Natick, Westborough, Northborough, Northbridge, Georgetown, Acton, Marshfield, Grafton, Hudson, Hanson, Mansfield, Holliston, Worcester, Berlin, Portsmouth RI and Westerly RI.
We are very excited to have been chosen to manage Great Island by Del Webb and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship. Continuing Care Management duties in this capacity are as follows:
- Landscaping (only grass cutting and fertilizing for individual homes).
- Snow removal, roads, driveways, walks and sanding.
- Monthly homeowner fees, association finances.
- Association liability.
- Insurance.
- Maintaining clubhouse.
- Trash removal.
- Common area lighting.
- Design review.
