The Clubhouse is for use for all Members and their Guests. A Member must accompany all Guests. (see the Overlook Clubhouse and Community Center Guidelines)

Community Center Guidelines Regarding Guests

Ordinarily, members shall be permitted to bring a reasonable number of guests to the Overlook Clubhouse and Community Center, as determined by the Association or the Lifestyle Director. There may be times during peak usage when guests may not be allowed, at the discretion of the Association or the Lifestyle Director. (§1.4)

  • Any person entering the Overlook Clubhouse and Community Center who is not a member shall be deemed a guest. 

  • All guests must be accompanied by a resident when using the Overlook Clubhouse and Community Center.

Use of the Front Desk Computer

Use of the front desk computer is only permitted in either emergency or temporary situations. Permission for using the front desk computer must be obtained in advance by contacting the Lifestyle Director.
