The Overlook Clubhouse

6:15 a.m. to 9:45 p.m., seven days a week.
The Overlook Clubhouse is located at the end of Little Island (the main entrance). Its address is 149 Great Island, Plymouth, MA 02360. Telephone: 508-224-1895
There is about 400' of community open space between the clubhouse and Great Island Pond (Champlain Circle Parcel).
Great Island residents have access to the Clubhouse seven days a week from 6:15 a.m. until 9:45 p.m. You will need to utilize your swipe card when entering the building from either the front door or the doors coming in from the mail room. If you lose your swipe card, please report it to the Lifestyle Director immediately. A new card will be issued with an assessed fee of $20.00.
Please do not give your swipe card to a guest to access the Clubhouse. It is required that all guests are accompanied by a resident when utilizing the Clubhouse.
WiFi is available at the Overlook Clubhouse for the use of residents. The router name and security codes are available at the front desk. The Security codes are changed periodically.
The Overlook Clubhouse currently has a function room (ballroom), billiard room, card room, a 24' x 40' indoor pool, spa, fitness center and men and women locker rooms. There is also a kitchen, outdoor patio and a sitting room. There is a ping-pong table for use in the function room. The pool and new fitness center will be added when the community reaches 440 homes.

The Clubhouse function room, patio and kitchen are available to members for private functions. Events are limited to a maximum of 100 participants for the full ballroom and 50 participants for half the ballroom.
