The Great Island Board of Directors includes a President, Vice-President, Clerk and Treasurer established under the By-Laws of the community.
Among the duties of the Great Island Board of Directors are;
- preparing an annual budget (3.18a).
- collecting general and special assessments (3.18b).
- enforcing the CCR, use restrictions and rules (3.18h).
- provide for recreational and social activities for owners (3.18q).
