Vendor Email Policy

It is the policy of the Great Island Board of Directors that the internal resident email list, maintained by the Lifestyle Director, shall only be used for authorized communications. Commercial or Solicitation usage is not permitted to protect the privacy rights of our residents. If unauthorized use of this list occurs, the originator will be sent a letter that in the event that the list is used again, an internal memorandum will be sent to all residents of Great Island informing them that the unauthorized user was told not to spam our residents, and further we will recommend that our residents not purchase the unauthorized product or service. If the usage persists the matter shall be turned over to our lawyers.
