11/29/2005 - Leasing of Homes

The following "rule" was adopted by the Great Island Board of Directors at it's November 29, 2005 meeting.

The Board adopted revised rules regarding leasing of homes based on the resident survey results. The new rules requires a 12-month 1ease minimum and for lessees to meet the age restrictions outlined in the community, as well as, grants lessees permission to use the amenities including the clubhouse. Failure to comply subjects the HOA member to a fine of $500. Copies of leases must be provided to the Board within 10 days of executing said lease.
