Great Island Open Space Corridors

Del Webb designed 10' corridors (utility easments) between many of the lots. These corridors are not owned by the adjoining home owners but are open space parcels owned by the community. According to at least one of the sales reps, these corridors will be developed into trails. Here is a list of 24 open space corridors that run between homes in Great Island, taken from the Town of Plymouth parcel maps.
