Transition to Comcast

Comcast, ‘soon to be’ the new provider of Cable, Internet and Telephone services at The Pinehills. In January, Comcast will begin providing service to the residents of The Pinehills. We expect you’ll have some questions about this transition and Comcast will communicate more details to you as the conversion date approaches. In the meantime, here are some important points for you to know.

• First, there will be no cost to current Pinehills Connection customers to convert to Comcast services.
   
• Second, The final switch-over from the existing Pinehills Connection system to the Comcast network will occur over a week long period in early January.

In preparation for the transition to Comcast’s network, Comcast technicians are now working in your neighborhoods.  Comcast will install services on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis to accomplish the transition as quickly as possible.

• Third, we will schedule an appointment with you for a technician to visit your home to complete the conversion to the Comcast network.

In order for the process to be as convenient as possible, Comcast Representatives will be on-site at The Stonebridge Club from December 15th through December 22nd (including weekends). Comcast representatives will be on site Monday thru Friday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. In early-December you will receive in the mail the schedule for visiting the Stonebridge Club to meet with a Comcast representative to review your service and package options and select from a wide range of services. Channel lineups, product & price brochures and information will also be available at that time. Special arrangements will be made to accommodate residents who are away from their Pinehills home during this transition period. Pinehills residents who are not currently Pinehills Connection customers will also have an opportunity to meet with a Comcast Representative to learn about Comcast services and to sign up if they wish during this transition period.
