Billiard

The Billiard Room is for use for all Members and their Guests over the age of nineteen (19). A Member must accompany all Guests. (see the Overlook Clubhouse and Community Center Guidelines)

The billiard room has two (2) regulation size (9 foot / 50" x 100") pool tables.

Billiard Room Guidelines

If all the tables are in use, please be considerate of others waiting to use the tables. If people are waiting, playtime is thirty (30) minutes.
When table is not to be in use, place all the balls in the pockets and place cue sticks back in the wall rack, brush and cover table.
If any of the equipment is damaged or broken, please contact the Association or AD.

NOTE: PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT RAISE OR LOWER THE BLINDS IN EITHER THE BILLIARD OR FITNESS ROOMS!! Doing so will damage the blinds and make them inoperable. The blinds are designed to be opened and closed only. This is done by using the wand on the right side of each blind.
