The Overlook Clubhouse currently has a function room, billiard tables, card tables and a exercise room. There is a ping-pong table for use in the function room and a giant chess set on the patio. An indoor swimming pool and spa will be constructed when the community reaches 440 homes.
WiFi is available at the Overlook Clubhouse.
Outdoors, there are tennis courts and bocce courts. Thanks to the Del Webb Customer Support Reps, who donated their time, talent and money, the community also has horseshoe pits.
Great Island Trails
There are paved and unpaved walking paths and trails within Great Island and around Great Island Pond.
The Great Island Newsletter is published monthly by the Lifestyle Director. The Newsletter can be picked up at the clubhouse or mailed to you if you are not currently in the community (snow-birds, etc.). It is also distributed via e-mail to residents on the Lifestyle Director's resident list.
Promises of picnic tables, a small beach or a place to launch your kayak into Great Island Pond. The Pinehills pond amenity access road can be used to access the pond amenity area although as of January 2009 , the area remains to be developed.

The Pinehills has over seven miles of paved and unpaved trails.
A trail map is being developed that will show the private paved trails (which are lighted); the private unpaved trails; and the public unpaved trails which are on the perimeter of the Pinehills.
The Pinehills has two public golf courses, extensive practice facilities including a driving range and three golf schools. All Pinehill Golf Club facilities are open to the public.
You will find 'The Grille Room' Restaurant at The Pinehills golf course.
The Village Green is a quintessential New England town square with a post office, a bank and a number of other specialty businesses.
The Stonebridge Club offers an outdoor pool and tennis courts.
